Tom Godino & Susan Godino Ellis negotiated the sale of the property for $20,000,000 to Arris Partners and were appointed the leasing agent for the 52,000-square-foot former Bed Bath & Beyond store. The 5.4-acre site included three buildings, which included Uno’s, a Verizon corporate store, and the former Bed Bath & Beyond.
