While the building was undergoing extensive renovations, Greystone NE retained Godino & Company to reposition and lease the property. Through an aggressive marketing campaign and targeted tenant outreach, our team successfully increased occupancy to 95%, while tripling the property's rental income. The improved occupancy and stabilized cash flow substantially enhanced the building's market value and investment appeal.
Following the successful lease-up, Greystone NE engaged Godino & Company to market and sell the property as a stabilized investment. The property was ultimately sold to GDG Properties Southbridge, LLC, delivering an outstanding outcome for our client.
